Wool Highlands is a chunky loop pile in undyed cream. Wool behaves differently to sisal, seagrass and jute: it is considerably softer and warmer underfoot, it recovers better from furniture indentation, and it is more forgiving of the occasional spill.
The loop is generous and slightly irregular, which gives the surface depth without pattern. It suits bedrooms and living rooms, where comfort matters more than hard wear. Fitted wall to wall and cut to your room. Free samples delivered across South Africa.

Sisal, seagrass, jute and wool are natural fibres, and the yarn is not uniform the way a synthetic yarn is. Striations in the colour, irregularities in the weave and joining knots (particularly in jute) are inherent characteristics of these products, not manufacturing faults. The carpet is also woven under tension and cut along the warp or weft, so it will not be perfectly straight.
