Fox is a ribbed sisal in warm russet tan, the warmest colour we carry in the range. The cords run in a clear direction across the weave, so the floor picks up light differently depending on where you stand - a quality that suits rooms with a strong natural light source. Sisal is a hard-wearing plant fibre, well suited to living areas and passages. Fitted wall to wall. Order a free sample; russet in particular shifts a great deal between daylight and lamplight.

Sisal, seagrass, jute and wool are natural fibres, and the yarn is not uniform the way a synthetic yarn is. Striations in the colour, irregularities in the weave and joining knots (particularly in jute) are inherent characteristics of these products, not manufacturing faults. The carpet is also woven under tension and cut along the warp or weft, so it will not be perfectly straight.
