Airloom's Rate & Reward system is a simple way to ensure you are getting the best effort out of your installer.

Here's how it works:

• Once the job is complete, you will be asked to rate the installer and their work.
• The rating that the installer receives will determine how much Airloom rewards the installer; the higher the rating, the higher the reward.
• These reviews (good, bad & ugly) are then public, helping future Airloom customers to make decisions.

Why do we do this?

Simply put, we don't believe the structure of the industry is sustainable because it does not reward the installers - the guys doing the hard work - sufficiently.

Think about it for a moment... Wouldn't you want the person you is doing the job to get rewarded for doing the best job they can? And wouldn't it be even better that this didn't cost you a cent?
