Persimmon is a greige — a balanced grey-brown sitting between the warm and cool ends of the Lemett range. Despite the name it isn't an orange or red floor: the base is a soft taupe with cool grey through the grain, and that mix is what makes it so easy to work with.
It's the most neutral of the four, and the safest choice when the walls and furniture aren't settled yet. Because it carries both warm and cool notes it sits comfortably with grey or white walls, oak and walnut furniture, and most stone and tile. It's a strong option for open-plan spaces where one floor runs through a kitchen, a living area and a passage.
Mid-tone floors are also the most forgiving day to day — they don't show dust the way a dark floor does, or scuffs the way a very pale one does.
