Outeniqua is a weathered grey oak with real character — open, pronounced graining and enough tonal movement between boards that a laid floor never looks repetitive. It sits firmly on the cool side of the range, closer to driftwood than to new timber.
Grey floors are the safe choice in a room that's still evolving: they carry white, charcoal, black metal and concrete without argument, and they're forgiving alongside both warm and cool furniture. Outeniqua's graining gives it more texture than a flat grey, which stops a large open-plan floor from feeling like a single slab of colour.
At 2.5mm with a 0.55mm wear layer and a 30-year residential, 10-year commercial warranty, it's the specification for spaces that take real traffic — entrance halls, open-plan living, or light commercial use.
