At Airloom we do things a little differently. Our team has decades of experience in the South African flooring industry and we have used that experience to carefully select and curate our product offering. 

Airloom's guiding principles:

• We look at sustainability issues around the product:
  • First prize is a product made from sustainable sources (e.g. Sisal, wool, etc).
  • If the product is not from a sustainable source, we interrogate the manufacturer's sustainability policies 
• We look at the manufacturer of the product - are they reputable; do they have the necessary accreditations and certifications, etc.?
• Then finally, we look at what happens if it were to go wrong - does the supplier have a reasonable complaint and resolution process?

So, rest assured, when you choose a product from Airloom Flooring, you can be sure that you are getting a curated selection of quality products.
