Desert Oak is the warmest of the four Lemett colours — a soft sandy blonde with a honey undertone and long, straight, open grain. There's very little contrast between the grain and the base colour, so it reads calm and even across a floor rather than busy, and it holds its warmth under both natural light and warm-white LEDs.
It's the Lemett to choose if you want a room to feel lighter and warmer without going stark. It sits easily with white and off-white walls, natural linen, rattan and pale timber furniture, and it's forgiving alongside both brass and matte black fittings.
In a north-facing room it will look properly golden through the afternoon; in a south-facing room it keeps enough warmth not to drift grey. Suited to homes and light commercial spaces — living areas, bedrooms and passages.
