This is an accessory, sold separately... ready to install it yourself, beneath your rug.
Note: if you need to trim your underlay, you will need a sharp blade and it's an easier task to complete with two people to hold the material taut.
The underlay has a low-tack layer, to help it adhere to your rug. (Some customers use double-sided tape to help the underlay stick to the back of your rug.)
Please note that, while the underlay is often a practical solution, extremely slippery tiles may still be problematic.
